First we will identify trouble areas, emotional traumas or other specific intentions that you wish to work on during the session.
Second, the session begins with deep breathing exercises and calming techniques and then we will begin the Reiki session.
After the session I will give you a list of items to do or try after the session customized to your specific needs.
Nathan is my inspiration and my spark of joy. Even though I had the honor of teaching him the practice of Reiki, Nathan has expanded his practice way beyond what I would be able to teach him. His drive to expand his practice and his knowledge and thus wisdom is quite unique and I couldn’t be more proud of a student of mine. I continue learning and expanding my own horizon with and through him, and his sessions, whether in person or over distance, are always unique and simply perfect.
