Reiki is an energy healing technique used to enhance healing of the physical body, as well as the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Energy healing is ideal for stress reduction, relaxation, serenity, well-being, better self-esteem, and can help accelerate faster recovery from illness or injury. Each modality has a unique healing quality, so we can combine the modalities for your highest healing and good!
I am currently an Usui Master Reiki practitioner, Holy Fire® Karuna Master, and soon to be Seichem Reiki Master.
A Japanese form of energy healing that aids on both the physical and emotional levels in combination with 5 healing symbols. The Usui energy is an Earth based energy and works closely with the Chakra system.

An Egyptian form of energy healing that helps to encourage deep emotional/mental shifts and spiritual awareness. Seichim is a higher frequency of energy when compared to Usui and utilizes the 4 elements plus 27 healing symbols.

Angelic Light/Energy weaving is full-spectrum energy weaved together, which contains light encoded information: symbols, shapes and colors known as Light Language. Angelic light weaving can clear blockages and disease from the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional bodies. This divine form of energy weaving aids in balancing, harmonizing and restoring the etheric and auric fields. The Archangels - Gabriel, Michael, Uriel, Raphael and Metatron are all called upon to aid in this uplifting experience for transformation and divine love.

Each level will include the corresponding Reiki Attunement - Level 1, 2 or 3 depending on your experience level. Must have a certificate of completion if doing level 2 or 3. I will include a full Reiki manual for each level, which gives you information about the Reiki symbols, how to use them and correlations to how they work with the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. Then, two 45 minutes training sessions that will go cover the manual itself, demonstrations of hand positions used during sessions and how to effectively transmit reiki energy.

The Holy Fire® Karuna Master Training is an upgrade for the Usui Master practitioner. It will include a full Holy Fire® Karuna manual, covering 4 ignitions, placements for level 1 and 2 students, the 9 Holy Fire® Karuna symbols, which gives you information about the symbols, how to use them and correlations to how they work with the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. (Requires: Usui Reiki Master Level certification)

Each bodywork session takes place in my tranquil, comfortable studio room with soothing music to help you relax while I work away the tension throughout your body. I integrate deep tissue, compression, and Swedish techniques for a very unique healing experience. I use only hypoallergenic oils during each session.

This session combines relaxation techniques - breathing, salves, inhalations, and compresses - with essential aromatherapy oils to soothe weary muscles, minds, and spirits. Aromatherapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of therapy you will thoroughly enjoy.
A few years ago, I would have never thought that reiki would be a part of my life. But because of Nate, it’s really helped me. Nate makes each session a comfortable and safe space. Each session can feel different but it always seems to address what I need at the time. As a practitioner he is in-tuned with your individual needs. Throughout my journey through reiki I’ve been able to feel more connected spiritually and gained better understanding of my life experiences. I also trained with Nate for Usui Reiki and am now a Level 2 practitioner. And I have now been able to incorporate it into my own self-care practices.
